Wayne is a long-standing and dedicated Member of the Eastern family and now holds the position of Chaguanas Branch Manager. He has worked at various levels of the organization for the past 20 years including spearheading Marketing initiatives in Tobago, prior to the opening of its Branch. He has a passion for service excellence delivery and was instrumental in developing the “Eastern Way” service guide, a policy manual on quality service delivery. Wayne holds a BA in Marketing and has also achieved the accreditation of Caribbean Development Educator (CaribDe).
