Cecil Gittens is a risk management professional with over 30 years of experience. He is a retired military veteran with international experience in developing and delivering specialized solutions, that drive awareness, decrease exposure, and strengthen organizations. Cecil has been part of Eastern Credit Union's executive management team since 2006. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Transport Service Corporation and chairs its Risk Management and I.T. Committee.
Cecil holds military certifications in engineering, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), and a Postgraduate Advanced Certificate in Terrorism Studies. He is also a certified Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP), Company Security Officer (CSO), and Business Continuity Manager (AMBCI).
