Executive Manager, Information Technology
Mr Dale Deservé – Executive Manager – Information Technology joined us on May 10, 2021. Dale brings a wealth of experience to Eastern Credit Union with over twenty years’ experience managing ICT in banking and finance, healthcare and manufacturing. He has managed the design and deployment of mortgage portfolio systems in financial institutions throughout the Eastern Caribbean.
His most recent ventures include the provision ICT Project Management and leadership services to the Home Mortgage Bank and five (5) years as Manager - Information Technology at the Trinidad and Tobago Mortgage Finance Co Ltd where he devised and implemented numerous ICT strategic initiatives.
Dale holds a MSc. in Information Management Systems from the University of Greenwich, a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, as well as various industry certifications. Dale is a national of the Commonwealth of Dominica, enjoys science fiction novels, travelling and hiking and has a strong commitment to family life.
