Joylance brings twenty-seven years of Credit Union experience. Joylance studied Credit Union Management and Co-operative Studies at the Cipriani Labour College. A proud Caribbean Credit Union Development Educator (Caribde) currently pursuing her Master in Business Administration.
Joylance is also the leader of a dynamic team winning the award in 2015 for Outstanding Performance – Small Branch. She’s an enthusiastic and energetic individual known for her warmth, welcoming personality, with customer service being her number one priority.
