As a member and employee of Eastern Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited (ECU) for over twenty-three (23) years, Charmaine’s lifecycle within the organization has caused her to hone her skills in financial management, people management, communication, critical thinking and customer service. Charmaine, a ‘country-girl’ from Sangre Grande, prides herself in her ability to be a forward-thinking individual whose purpose is to empower and mentor those in her guide through the sharing of knowledge. She is a holder of an International Masters in Strategic Marketing (IMSM) from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and a Caribbean Development Educator (CaribDE). Charmaine describes herself as operating with a transdisciplinary mind-set as her drive and passion can be seen at work, as well as at home.
